So what should I do now?

If you are currently a Program or Project manager, there are many ways you can fill in the 🔴s by gaining experience in those areas through either:

• taking on additional responsibilities at your current company
  • Ex: 20% project or shadowing someone in the company who can offload some of those responsibilities to help you gain experience
• or partaking in other organizations that allow you to strengthen those muscles
  • Ex: volunteering with a non-profit or starting a side project with friends/colleagues
